Delhi Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu revived the 'LG Listening Post' platform Thursday to receive public grievances. The platform, originally introduced in 2007, allows residents to submit complaints via website, mobile app, or email. A dedicated cell in the LG Secretariat handles complaint disposal. Officials state many grievances from civic bodies have been addressed recently. The app will be upgraded to support latest Android versions.
