Why Magnus Carlsen cannot promote his own app Take Take Take as it enters ‘play and learn’ sectors

What Happened

Take Take Take app expanded into play-and-learn chess features through partnership with Lichess. However, Magnus Carlsen, co-founder and shareholder, cannot publicly promote the app because he is an ambassador for Chess.com, now a direct competitor. CEO Mats Andre Kristiansen explained Chess.com warned against entering play-and-learn sectors. Despite this conflict, Take Take Take proceeds with expansion to build a sustainable business model.
