
A study of 60 patients at Cama and Albless Hospital in Mumbai found 96.6 percent were urban residents. Nearly half were aged 31-35 years. Over 41.6 percent delayed seeking treatment for 5-10 years after marriage. Ovulatory disorders emerged as the primary cause, affecting over 70 percent of patients. The overall pregnancy rate was 8.3 percent. Researchers emphasize need for early intervention and public health awareness.
