
StubHub agreed to pay $10 million to settle FTC allegations of deceptive ticket pricing practices. The marketplace failed to disclose total costs including mandatory fees upfront on its website. After the FTC's May 2025 price transparency rule took effect, StubHub advertised tickets without showing full prices for three days. The FTC sent a warning letter May 14, 2025. StubHub fixed compliance the next day. Refunds will return fees to affected consumers.
