What Happened
A solo bitcoin miner with 230 terahashes per second computing power validated block 943,411 on Thursday, earning 3.139 BTC worth approximately $210,000. The miner, connected to solo.ckpool.org, faced roughly 1-in-28,000 daily odds. This represents the 312th solo block on CKpool since 2014 and the first since February 28, ending a 33-day drought. Solo pools have found just 20 blocks over the past 12 months.
