Air New Zealand will introduce 'Skynest' lie-flat sleeping pods for economy passengers on ultra-long-haul flights starting November. Six bunk-style pods per aircraft offer four-hour slots on Auckland-New York routes. Priced from NZ$495, pods include bedding and privacy curtains but prohibit eating, cuddling, and children. Earplugs provided for snoring passengers.
