What Happened

Russian FSB security agency claims it foiled a bomb plot in Pyatigorsk, southern Russia, arresting a German woman reportedly recruited by Ukraine. Authorities say the makeshift device contained 1.5kg TNT equivalent and was intended for remote detonation against law enforcement. A Central Asian recruiter was also arrested near the targeted site. Russia says electronic jamming prevented the blast.
