What Happened
Delhi government announced regularisation of 1,511 unauthorised colonies on April 7 under relaxed norms. The move eliminates layout plan approval requirements from the 2019 PM-UDAY policy. Residents can apply for regularisation certificates from April 24 after obtaining ownership documents.
