What Happened
Rahul Meena allegedly spent nearly an hour at the Southeast Delhi home of a 22-year-old IIT graduate, daughter of an IRS officer. Police say he assaulted, raped, and strangled her with a charging cable, then dragged her body to access a locker. He reportedly stole Rs 2.5 lakh and fled.
