What Happened
Pooja Ravindra Pawar, 22, was arrested in Pune for allegedly killing her 11-month-old son Yash on March 8 and dumping his body in a well with rocks. Her husband reported them missing April 5 after four weeks. Police found her in Jambut village. She confessed to hitting the child's head against a stone platform. Investigation revealed she wanted to remarry and believed the child would be an obstacle.
