What Happened
The Special Task Force arrested Vikrant Kashyap, 29, in Dehradun for allegedly receiving instructions from Pakistani terrorist Shahzad Bhatti to film government and military installations. Kashyap reportedly sent videos and location data to Pakistan and painted Tehreek-e-Taliban Hindustan symbols on buildings. He allegedly received a pistol, cartridges, and spray paint. Officers claim Kashyap was motivated by anger over Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala's death.
