What Happened
Meta announced price increases for its VR headsets effective April 19. The Quest 3S 128GB model rises $50 to $349.99, the 256GB model increases $50 to $449.99, and the Quest 3 goes up $100 to $599.99. The company cited rising memory chip costs as the reason. Refurbished Quest units will also cost more. Meta Quest accessories remain unchanged. Samsung, Microsoft, and Sony previously raised prices similarly.
