Known as the 'Indiana Jones of emerging markets,' Mobius traveled extensively across Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Africa, visiting over 112 countries. He spent over 30 years as executive chairman of Templeton Emerging Markets Group, making successful investment calls during crises and establishing the Templeton Africa Fund in 2012.
