What Happened

Sarabjit Singh, 37, from Uttar Pradesh drove an SUV through a barrier at Delhi Assembly on Monday, leaving flowers at the Speaker's office. Police say he intended to proceed to Parliament next. Two taxi drivers with him were arrested. Singh was undergoing depression treatment in Shahjahanpur. He received eight days police custody. A security investigation began into the breach.
