Lucid Motors named Silvio Napoli, a former Schindler Group executive, as its new CEO, ending a year-long search after Peter Rawlinson's resignation. The company received $200 million from Uber for 25,000 robotaxi vehicles, bringing Uber's total commitment to $500 million. Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund invested an additional $550 million. Napoli will assume full duties after obtaining U.S. work authorization.
