Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal appeared in person before Delhi High Court on Monday to argue his plea seeking a change of bench in the CBI's appeal against his discharge in the liquor policy case. Justice Sharma scheduled the hearing for April 13. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta objected, calling it "theatrics" and claiming the allegations against the institution were frivolous. Seven of twenty-three discharged accused have filed similar applications.
