What Happened
Kamal Kharazi, 81, former Iranian foreign minister and advisor to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, died Thursday from injuries sustained in US-Israeli airstrikes on April 1. His wife was also killed in the strike on their Tehran home. Kharazi headed the Strategic Council for International Relations. Neither the US nor Israel has claimed responsibility.
