What Happened
A 22-year-old IIT graduate and UPSC aspirant was sexually assaulted and strangled with a mobile phone charger at her Southeast Delhi home Wednesday morning. The victim, daughter of an IRS officer, was three days away from her preliminary examination. Police arrested Rahul Meena, 23, a recently dismissed house help, from Dwarka approximately 14 hours later.
