At Hampi Art Labs, curator Meera Curam reimagined indigo through contemporary art, moving beyond textiles into sculpture and installation. The exhibition "Blue Futures: Reimagining Indigo" explored indigo's material, historical, and ecological dimensions. Featured artists included Japanese studios Buaisou-I and Slow Fabric, plus contemporary artist Aboubakar Fofana. The Indigo Art Museum showcased applications on ceramics, porcelain, and found objects. A living fermentation vat was displayed in the gallery.
