Hotel gutted in major fire mishap

What Happened

A newly opened hotel called Shuddha Tindi near Sompura Circle on NICE road caught fire Thursday afternoon. The hotel, which started operations last month, was completely gutted. Fire officials suspect a short circuit in an idli steamer caused the blaze. The fire spread rapidly throughout the building within minutes. No injuries were reported.
