Delhi Police Special Cell arrested 11 suspects across Delhi and Punjab for allegedly running an espionage and arms smuggling network backed by Pakistan-based ISI and Babbar Khalsa International operatives. Investigators recovered nine solar-powered CCTV cameras transmitting live feeds to Pakistani handlers, three pistols, and ammunition. The accused conducted surveillance of defence installations and received funds through UPI. Authorities claim the network planned terror attacks and grenade strikes on security establishments.
