FTX sold its Cursor stake for $200,000 in 2023. It would be worth $3 billion today

What Happened

FTX's bankruptcy estate sold a 5% stake in AI coding startup Cursor for $200,000 in April 2023. Following SpaceX's agreement to acquire Cursor at a $60 billion valuation, that stake would now be worth approximately $3 billion. The original investment was made by Alameda Research in 2022 at a $4 million company valuation.
