What Happened
Turkey held funerals Thursday for nine people killed in Wednesday's school shooting in Kahramanmaras. A tenth victim died during hospital treatment. Fourteen-year-old Isa Aras Mersinli opened fire on classrooms at Ayser Calik School, then died. Authorities say he used his father's guns. This was Turkey's second school shooting in two days. The previous attack Tuesday in Sanliurfa wounded sixteen people. Officials detained 67 social media users for threatening posts about potential attacks.
