Delhi Police's Special Cell arrested eleven people allegedly operating a spy network linked to Pakistan's ISI and terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa International. The suspects installed solar-powered CCTV cameras near sensitive defence sites transmitting live feeds to Pakistani handlers via encrypted apps. Police seized nine cameras, four handguns, and ammunition. Five additional suspects were arrested in Punjab with explosives and IED materials. Investigations revealed the network engaged in spying, radicalization, arms smuggling, and plotting terrorist attacks.
