What Happened

Delhi released a draft EV Policy 2026 with tapering subsidies for electric vehicles. Two-wheelers get Rs 10,000 per kWh battery capacity (max Rs 30,000) in year one, decreasing to Rs 6,600 in year two and Rs 3,300 in year three. Cars receive Rs 1 lakh scrapping incentive.
