What Happened
Sarabjit Singh from Uttar Pradesh's Pilibhit, arrested for driving his car into Delhi Assembly on April 6, was admitted to IHBAS for mental health treatment while in police custody. Singh displayed violent behavior during interrogation. Police found he had depression history and stopped taking medication days before the incident. He was arrested two hours after the breach in Roop Nagar and received eight days police custody.
