What Happened
A couple and their two-year-old daughter died in a fire that gutted shanties in Rohini's Budh Vihar, Northwest Delhi on April 15. The fire broke out around 12:45 am in four temporary huts made with inflammable materials. Five residents escaped safely, but three were trapped inside a locked hut.
