What Happened
Maharashtra Food and Civil Supplies Minister Chhagan Bhujbal's helicopter landed in a parking lot in Khanwadi village, 1,300 metres from the designated helipad in Pune district on April 11, 2026. The pilot could not locate the helipad. Bhujbal was travelling to Pune for Jyotiba Phule's 200th birth anniversary event. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced a probe into the incident. No injuries reported.
