India's government is urging households and industries to switch from LPG to induction cookstoves, piped natural gas, and electric furnaces as crude oil prices exceed $100 per barrel. Officials stated adequate LPG supplies have been secured through diversified sources across 40 countries. Commercial LPG supply has increased 70%.
