What Happened
Bitcoin traded at $70,981 on Thursday, down 0.5% daily but up 6.1% weekly. Iran's ceasefire with the U.S., announced Tuesday, showed cracks within 48 hours. Iranian Parliament Speaker claimed three clauses were breached. The Strait of Hormuz remained effectively closed despite Iran's transit pledge. Israeli attacks continued in Lebanon. Ether fell 2.6% to $2,180. Solana dropped 3.1% to $81.96. XRP lost 3% to $1.33. Brent crude rebounded 2% to $97 after Wednesday's 10% collapse.
