Bhubaneswar man slits wife’s throat, meets daughter before turning himself in

What Happened
A 62-year-old Bhubaneswar man allegedly killed his 55-year-old wife by slitting her throat following an argument. The accused visited his daughter to give jewellery and cash, then surrendered at Airfield Police Station. Police say he was a retired senior accountant suffering from depression, high blood pressure, diabetes, and liver ailments. The couple had been married thirty years. A kitchen knife was recovered.
