What Happened
Himachal Pradesh Police inaugurated "Beyond the Uniform," a three-day exhibition featuring over 300 artworks by 12 amateur artist police personnel at Shimla's Gaiety Theatre. The showcase includes portraits, watercolour, oil paintings, Mandala art, sketches, and wooden creations. Inaugurated by officiating DGP Ashok Tewar, the initiative provides a public platform for police staff talent. Constable Prem Lata sold artwork to a London tourist. ASP Sunil Negi, who conceptualized the event, displayed fifty pieces.
