Rajasthan Royals team manager Romi Bhinder breached PMOA protocols by using a mobile phone in the dugout during an IPL match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Guwahati on Friday. The BCCI confirmed the breach on Sunday. Mobile phones are prohibited in the dugout area. The match referee and anti-corruption unit will determine appropriate action, which may include warnings or match bans. Bhinder, associated with RR since 2008, must respond to BCCI's anti-corruption team.
