Delhi Police arrested Babidul Khan, 24, in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh after a 500-km chase from Guwahati. Khan allegedly operated an investment fraud scheme, duping at least 15 people of Rs 5 crore through fake accounts. The racket, operating from China, targeted victims via matrimony websites and WhatsApp groups. Police traced the fraud after a retired Air Force officer lost Rs 6.8 lakh to scammer 'Prachi'. Two accomplices in Guwahati were also arrested.
