The program includes two daily 45-minute workouts, clean diet, zero alcohol, 3.8 liters water daily, reading 10 pages, daily progress photos, and 15 minutes mindfulness. Missing any requirement resets progress to day one. Fitness experts warn extreme challenges require proper recovery and nutrition to avoid burnout and injuries.
