3 Kashmir universities cancel MoU with US-based NGO

What Happened
Kashmir University, Islamic University of Science and Technology, and Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Science and Technology cancelled their Memoranda of Understanding with Atlanta-based Kashmir Care Foundation. University officials stated competent authorities determined the agreements contradicted institutional interests. The cancellations took effect immediately. KCF president Altaf Lal said he responded to universities and the Lieutenant Governor, who serves as Chancellor.
